Yes our bricks and mortar store is currently closed until the government lift restrictions, please feel free browse our online store instead.
Please see a list below of all our precautions to enable you to shop with us safely.- large acrylic screens on both tills - one way system- hand sanitiser on entry and on both tills- limit on the number of visitors into the shop at once- strict cleaning policy for staff throughout the day- card and contactless payment is preferred - face masks are worn by all customers and staff as per government guidelines
We only accept cash if you have no other form of payment but card and contactless is much preferred.
Orders will be dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday in line with our post office opening hours.
Your order will be posted Royal Mail first class, please allow up to 3 business days after dispatch due to the current situation with Covid-19.
Yes you can, just select 'pickup' at checkout and your order will be ready for collection the following Monday, Wednesday or Friday after your order, you will be contacted about collection.
Monday to Saturday 10am till 5:30pm and Sunday 10am till 5pm.
Yes our shop in Ambleside is the one and only bricks and mortar Detail!
Yes we allow dogs but upstairs only. If its very wet we ask they sit nicely on the carpet by the door.
