Due to our large product base and unique nature of some items they aren't available to buy straight off the website BUT we can send anything out you've seen in the shop, just get in touch.

We strive to have a large portion of our stock from local artists/makers but most are UK based and a very small proportion international. But all our products are high quality and design led.

Please get in touch and we should be able to tell you when its next going to be back in stock.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday, orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched first thing on Monday morning.

Your order will be posted with Royal Mail, please allow 3-5 business days but many orders are delivered quicker than that timeframe! If you are in need of your order for a special occasion please let us know via email, telephone or at checkout in the comments section and we will endeavour to get it to you as quick as possible.

Yes you can, just select 'pickup' at checkout and your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours, you will receive an email and possibly a phone call when it is ready (please check your junk folders).

Everyday from 10am - 5pm. Our closing time can vary slightly depending on the season, you can always give us a call to check.

Yes our shop in Ambleside is the one and only bricks and mortar Detail!

Yes we allow dogs but upstairs only. If its very wet we ask they sit nicely on the carpet by the door.
