We will endeavour to dispatch your items within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
Orders will be sent using registered post or courier for larger items.
As your parcel will require a signature, if you are unlikely to be at home during the day, please arrange for your order to be sent to a business or work address.
For unsuccessful attempted deliveries we may pass on any additional courier charges to the customer.
For some areas (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some parts of Scotland) the delivery cost may be different. (In this instance we will contact you before shipping)
We pride ourselves on the quality of the goods we sell. We will pack them to the best of our ability to withstand the rigors of the postage system however if you are unlucky enough to receive a product damaged in transit or faulty, you will be offered a full credit or replacement goods, at our discretion.
Please inform us of damaged or missing items from your order within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please do not send any goods back to us before contacting us.
For undamaged but unwanted goods you will be asked to pay the return postage. These items should be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Please do not send any goods back to us before contacting us.
Returned items should be packed (as closely as possible) with the original packaging, unless the packaging has been excessively damaged or diminished prior to your receiving it.
